"Held up well"
I’ve taken it on two trips so far, and it’s held up better than I expected. Usually after a couple of flights I assume something like this would start showing more wear, but all I’ve noticed are a few scuffs. Nothing major, and it still looks and works fine.

"Better than expected, but I’m still a little cautious"
I bought this Heys suitcase mainly for a short trip, and I’ll admit I didn’t have super high expectations because I’ve had a few bags let me down before. The zipper was actually smoother than I expected, even when I packed the suitcase a little too full. It didn’t catch or feel like I had to force it, which was a nice surprise. The bag feels sturdy and not cheap, but I’m still kind of careful with it because my trust in luggage brands has definitely worn down over time. So far, though, I’m happy with it.

"Roomy and Easy to Pack"
I bought this from heys before a two-week trip, the storage space was great. I was able to fit clothes, shoes, and a few extra things without having to sit on the suitcase to get it closed. The compartments were really helpful too. Maybe not absolutely perfect, but it did exactly what I needed and made packing a lot easier

"Keeps Packing Simple"
Nice suitcase overall. I packed it for a short trip and, the inside pockets helped more than I expected. The straps too. Kept things from shifting around, which was nice. One of the dividers feels like it could be a little sturdier, not a huge deal, just something I noticed. But yeah, everything stayed organized and it made packing easy

"Looks good, but the wheels could be better"
The suitcase looks really nice, and overall it does the job. That said, the wheels get stuck sometimes on rough floors, which feels a bit unnecessary for a suitcase in this price range. It’s not terrible, I just expected it to roll more smoothly.

It took longer than I was hoping, and support was a bit slow to get back to me. Compared to other places I’ve dealt with, the response time felt behind the crowd. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely expected things to move faster...

"Fast delivery, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
I ordered from heys and it actually arrived faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I got the tracking info quickly too, and delivery itself went smoothly with no issues. The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that some of the communication wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t always sure what exactly was happening with the order. But overall, I’m happy with how it turned out

"Warranty claim is taking way too long"
I filed a warranty claim and I’m still just sitting here waiting, which is frustrating. I figured it would take a little time, sure, but it feels like it’s dragging on forever and I keep checking for updates like, okay, is anything happening or not? Just wish the process moved faster or at least had better communication.

The lock works okay overall, but setting the code was a bit more fiddly than I expected. It does the job, but it didn’t feel super smooth to set up, if that makes sense. Not bad, but not great either.

"Okay suitcase, rough delivery experience"
I ordered this last week and it showed up a few days later, but the packaging was in rough shape. The box was dented and partly crushed, so before I even opened it I was already worried the suitcase might be damaged. The suitcase itself seems okay so far, but for the price, I expected it to be packed a lot better. Definitely not the best first impression.

My order from Heys showed up and everything was right, no missing stuff or wrong colors or anything. Simple, but thats all I wanted. I’m happy with it and I’d order again.

"Solid suitcase, especially for the price"
I grabbed this Heys suitcase on sale i’m happy with it so far. I was kind of in a rush when I got it, so I didn’t spend forever comparing options, but it feels sturdy, the wheels roll smoothly, and there’s more room inside than I expected. For what I paid, I really can’t complain.

I mainly bought this because I wanted something lightweight, and on that front it definitely delivers. It’s easy to carry around and doesn’t make my bag feel overloaded, which I appreciate. That said, the outer shell feels a little thin to me, so I’m a bit skeptical about how well it’ll hold up after a few more trips. It’s not bad, but I’d say it feels more practical than sturdy.
